Punctuality Please ensure you are at the place of treatment on time and ready to receive your treatment, as any delays may reduce your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time to ensure that the next client will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied. On the very rare occasions when a therapist is running more than 10 minutes late, you will be informed by telephone. If a delay of more than 10 minutes causes you inconvenience, an alternative appointment time can be arranged to suit you.
Cancellations Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total treatment that was booked. Cancellations should be made by calling 07734665748.
Gift Vouchers Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Gift Vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date and can only be used for services offered Monday – Friday. Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under any obligation to redeem the full value of your gift voucher during one session. Late Cancellation and missed appointment terms, as laid out above, also apply to gift vouchers.
Data Security and GDPR Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be securely kept In the strictest confidence. Occasionally we may like to send you details of special promations via email or post. If you would rather not receive these you can ask to be removed from our distribution list. Details will not be passed on to third parties.
Medical conditions Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Medical note: we cannot undertake any waxing treatment if you are currently under any medication for skin disorders especially if you are taking Roaccutane or using Retinol based creams.
Patch Testing Patch Testing is required for clients who have never had an eyelash tint with us before.
Mobile phones Please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your treatment.
Children We cannot treat children under I6 unless accompanied by an adult.
Hygiene Hygiene is of course of the utmost importance Tools of the trade are sterilised and sanitised prior to use. Disposable foot files and towels are used during pedicure and manicure treatments. New spatulas are used wit each application of wax during intimate waxing and the skin sanitised prior to any waxing. We would appreciate it if you are freshly washed ready tor waxing and massage treatments.
Payment Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer on completion of the treatment.
Late payment fees will be applied if failure to pay on the day
